Ensuring Alaska Airlines EFCU’s members feel secure

As a security partner to Alaska Airlines Employee’s Federal Credit Union for about 10 years, the Sonitrol Pacific team understands the security risks to financial institutions, the safety risks to their employees and customers, and the need to stay vigilant with protection for evolving security threats.  We work hard to deliver on our promises to Alaska Airlines EFCU and, according to this letter, they appreciate our efforts.

Dear Heather,

I want to personally thank the team at Sonitrol Pacific for the feeling of security that you provide to all of us here at Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air EFCU employees and members alike.  It is very important to us that our members feel secure as they transact business and you have succeeded on many levels.  We rest assured knowing that during the day your verification center will respond quickly to any alarm signals and dispatch the proper authority and at night that the facility is secure so that when employees arrive onsite in the morning there will be no surprises.

We have been customers of Sonitrol Pacific since 2001 and since the beginning your company and its employees have given us every reason to trust that our security is in order.  From the design of our security system to ongoing customer service, your team has been dedicated to making sure we are well informed and trained so that we know what to do, especially when it counts the most.  Wayne Ohlemeier, Sonitrol’s Chief Technical Officer has been greatly instrumental in the design of our system and ongoing training of our employees.  He is always available to help us when we need upgrades and lends his expertise to ensure maximum safety.

Sonitrol Pacific’s unique intrusion system gives them the ability to listen into the facility when an alarm is triggered and verify that there is a true burglary in progress.  They can also listen in when a hold up button is triggered and relay what they are hearing to the police.  Our Customer service representative comes by at least twice a year and tests all of our hold up buttons to make sure they are in good working order and will provide training for any new tellers we have.  The Sonitrol Pacific team has gone beyond just providing an intrusion alarm and has helped insure the personal safety to our employees and members.  Even when I have called them about a facility they do not secure they are always ready and willing to lend a hand and do whatever they can to help.  To anyone looking for a partner in security I would highly recommend the Sonitrol Pacific team.
