Technician Tony Morgan was named December Employee of the Month, Customer Service Rep Summer Felker was named Employee of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2010, and Operator Minta Christopherson was named 2010 Employee of the Year during Sonitrol Pacific’s quarterly “Jazz Session” company-wide meeting January 17.

Details of why Technician Tony Morgan was chosen Employee of the Month for December were included in his award letter:
“To express our appreciation for your customer first/others first focus, passion for the work you do and loyalty to our company, the Sound Security Board of Directors names you our December 2010 Employee of the Month.

The warm, friendly attitude you project with customers is appreciated and you are an ideal ambassador of Sonitrol Pacific’s Core Values.  Your ability to resolve conflict while staying solution focused has made you the “go to guy” for any project, service call, or retention visit that has potential for a dissatisfied customer.

Your commitment to the success and well-being of others extends to your teammates.  You continually work to lift the spirits of everyone around you; you support, teach and develop others.   These attributes encompass much of what is great about our company.

You don’t shy away from challenging projects.  You’ve taken the teaching of the Verisafe product to heart by demonstrating passion for it to teammates.  You helped everyone by following up with a training board assembly for quickly producing and pre-programming of Verisafe systems in the shop.  You’ve taught team members how to use Compass and developed training material to share.

The support you give team members and clients shows that you enjoy working with people inside and outside of our organization.  The end result is customers getting more than they feel they are paying for.  Congratulations on earning this award.”
