Four kids were caught smoking inside a school district’s athletic stadium due to Sonitrol Pacific audio security picking up their voices and an alert operator dispatching the guard service June 15.
Monitoring Operator Joe Orsborn received an activation of the security system inside the stadium’s press box around 12:30 a.m. He heard someone say, “What? It’s open,” followed by more voices and called the school district’s guard service.
The security guard located three boys and a girl smoking and detained them.
