Sound Security will donate $2,700 to Pacific Northwest Crime Stoppers organizations to recognize the 27 incidents at Sonitrol Pacific protected sites that resulted in arrests during the third quarter of 2009.

Five incidents took place in the Portland Metro area, resulting in 11 arrests and a donation of $500 to Crime Stoppers of Oregon.

Ten incidents took place in the north Puget Sound area, leading to 28 arrests and a donation of $1,000 to Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound.

Twelve incidents took place in the south Puget Sound area, resulting in 24 arrests and a donation of $1,200 to Tacoma/Pierce County Crime Stoppers.

Sonitrol Pacific supports the crime prevention efforts of Crime Stoppers organizations, law enforcement agencies and neighborhood organizations. We make these donation in recognition of the officers and dispatchers involved in incidents during the third quarter of 2009 that resulted in the apprehension of suspected perpetrators at facilities protected by a Sonitrol Pacific security system. In 2009 so far, Sound security has donated $7,200 to Crime Stoppers.
