Chelsea Mitchell Arrests & Apprehensions

At 11:36 pm on September 15, Michael Young received multiple audio intrusion detection alarms that let him hear crashing, breaking glass and movement at a Pierce County, Wash. library, followed by the sound of footsteps crunching on debris. Mike dispatched the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department, who arrived in 5 minutes and immediately arrested the burglar with a computer tower in his hands.
