Heather Orso, Sonitrol Pacific Seattle Customer Service Representative, was named the Sound Security Employee of the Quarter for the final quarter of 2008.

The Board of Directors had to choose between Heather, Chuck Mally and John Provost, the October, November and December Employees of the Month respectively. Heather is now eligible for the Employee of the Year award.
