More secure pharmacies = more secure communities

Pharmacies and other businesses/organizations that house pharmaceuticals on site face unique security risks.  Eli Lilly’s theft of $75 million in drugs after a burglars got inside a warehouse through the roof, the break-in through the floor at a Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC) pharmacy and the FDA’s 4/28 warning letter punctuates this.

Fortunately, for the Snohomish County community, Sonitrol Pacific’s security system inside CHC’s pharmacy worked as designed, the burglars were caught and the drugs were recovered. The CHC team wrote us this letter:

To Whom it may concern:

The leadership team at Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC) wanted to share with your team at Sonitrol Pacific how much we appreciate what you do on a day to day basis.  Our temporary pharmacy trailer at our CHC Broadway location experienced a break in and police responded rather quickly due to Sonitrol’s quick response to a forced entry.  As a result of the quick response, the suspects were apprehended and placed in custody.  CHC Snohomish is thankful we have 100% coverage by Sonitrol technology including not worrying about “unusual” entry points.  We are extremely pleased and certain nobody can enter the facility without getting caught.  We would highly recommend Sonitrol Pacific to anyone seeking a verified intrusion system that really works.

Thank you and keep up the good work!
