Our Puget Sound Schools Account Manager will grow and nurture assigned accounts, work collaboratively with team members to solve problems and effectively communicate with Sonitrol Pacific clients to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.  This position is responsible for providing customer service assistance with primary emphasis on performing retention calls, identifying opportunities for new services, identifying future security needs, collections on past due accounts, and account cancellation tracking.

•Regular face-to-face visits with assigned clients at their site. Listens to customers to proactively identify potential challenges and opportunities to deliver a higher level of service.
•Effectively utilize CRM.
•Develops a complete understanding of all Sonitrol Pacific services, technologies, products and offerings.
•Serve as liaison between client and the Sonitrol Pacific Verification Center.
•Review incident reports daily and follow up with customer.
•Communicate with our Service and Installation team to deliver results for clients.
•Provide general and specific training to new and existing customers.
•Nurture referrals for new clients.
•Work with Director of School Security to promote security services to new school customers.
•Reviews retention calls with the Director of School Security on a weekly basis.

•Requires a minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
•A minimum of (1) year of customer service related experience; both over the phone and in-person and/or some college education in a related field is preferred.
•Prior group presentation experience helpful.
