Legion of Doom local chapters

Sonitrol Pacific Security Resources

Maybe I spent too many Saturday mornings watching “Super Friends,” but in my imagination the Pacific Northwest criminal set hosts a local chapter of the Legion of Doom. I picture them gathering for meetings, putting out a newsletter and, in general, plotting and scheming together. However, the grown up me knows this isn’t the case and Sonitrol Pacific’s most recent arrest incident confirms it.

I received an email this morning informing me of another Sonitrol Pacific detection leading to arrests. In and of itself, this isn’t news. We have the distinction of providing electronic security that actually works and officers arrest suspects often after receiving a call from us. However, the incident last night was the fourth arrest event at this particular school since December 2007 and I can’t help but wonder why the word hasn’t spread among criminals – break into this school and you will be arrested.

So, in lieu of a local Legion of Doom, I’ll spread the word. If you see a Sonitrol Pacific decal on the window or door, just keep walking. Our audio sensors aren’t like motion sensors; you will be detected and the police will immediately respond to our call and you will be arrested.
