FleetMasters Inc.: Sonitrol Pacific Exceeds Expectations for Service and Security

Here at FleetMasters, Inc. we have had our expectations exceeded when it comes to the security of our building. We began partnering with Sonitrol Pacific in 2009 for security and have had excellent service since that time.

When the alarm system is not set by the appropriate time, I get a call from the monitoring center to advise me that the system was not turned on. The operators are always friendly and courteous on the phone.

One of the main reasons I refer others to Sonitrol Pacific is their commitment to service. When Shannon Summers originally talked with us, she explained the commitment they make to their customers. If we have a false alarm due to operator error or equipment malfunction, they will pay for it. Since 2009, we have had three false alarms.  Each time, Sonitrol Pacific operators called police after hearing something threatening.  When the noise turned out to not be a crime in progress, they paid the fine.

In addition to standing behind false dispatches, they also complete service calls for normal maintenance issues on the system at no charge to us. In 2010, we had two service calls that would have totalled $586 had it not been for this agreement.

Sonitrol Pacific is not perfect, but when something doesn’t go as expected, they make it right.  I have no problem recommending Sonitrol Pacific to anyone who wants real protection with a fixed cost for their business.
