As a member of the Sound Security team, Summer Felker consistently provides outstanding service to our clients, develops great relationships with customers and teammates, and represents us with professionalism.  The Board of Directors recognizes and appreciates her commitment to our organization and named her the Employee of the Month for October.

Beyond cultivating positive relationships with customers, Summer delivers when it comes to follow up and pays attention to small details that can often be forgotten.  She diligently works on her account activities and provides the team with weekly updates; she consistently reaches her goals; and  she was the first Customer Service Representative to meet with clients twice annually and helped establish this as the Everett standard.  Summer knows customers and team members count on her and she does not disappoint.
