Caring as much about your business as you do

We’ve enjoyed having Dr. Amy Norman and her dental practice be part of the Sonitrol Pacific family since 2007.  A few months ago, our security system detected someone trying to break into her business and the monitoring operator sent police.  Police arrived before the perpetrators could get inside the clinic.

Last week, Dr. Norman sent Summer Felker, her customer service representative, this letter:

Dear Summer, Dick and the rest of the Sonitrol team,

It’s been three and a half years since we moved into our new location.  I’m sure you recall how pleased I was with the process of designing and installing my security system.  I have also been delighted by the periodic follow up and site visits by Summer and how carefully she reviews our set up.

The reason I am writing you is because I wanted you to have an addendum to my original endorsement testimonial.  You see, it’s all fine and dandy to recommend a security system after you’ve bought it, but it means something entirely different when you recommend one because it actually prevented a break-in.

I am so pleased that the only damage to the office was to three exterior windows.  The police were alerted shortly after the first window was broken.  It was in the wee hours of the morning, and because the call to the police was a verified crime in progress and the call was from Sonitrol, the police responded in force.

Windows were replaced and the would-be robbers never gained access to the building.  I am so pleased with my decision to choose the Sonitrol security system.
