Kathleen Wyman, the woman featured in the Oregonian’s article “DNA resolves Pearl Harbor mystery” is a long time dear friend of my family, dating back to the 1950’s. She has been adopted as “Grandma”, and over the years we have heard many great things about her brother, Eldon Wyman, who was lost on the USS Oklahoma in the Pearl Harbor attack. She told us this story as we celebrated her 94th birthday on Sunday, and she is so happy to be able to bring her little brother home to rest. Please read and enjoy this great article!
