It may have been early in the morning, but Steven, an Operator in our Verification Center, was wide awake when he received audio activations from the office/shop area of an auto body shop in Renton at seven today. He called the primary contact and asked if any workers were supposed to be at the shop that early. The manager answered with a resounding “no” and Steven dispatched the Renton police. One intruder was arrested.
