For the third time in two months Sonitrol Pacific has detected threatening activity at this Puget Sound area school and sent authorities to catch the suspected perpetrators.
Around noon on July 29, Operator Tara Fulmer received alerts from the school’s Sonitrol Pacific security system. She heard faint sounds of movement and called the school’s security guard service to investigate.
The security guard found two kids, a 10-year-old and a 12-year-old, inside the school. Both were held until their parents came to pick them up.
An investigation found that the kids got inside through an already broken window.
On June 11, six people were caught attempting to burglarize the school and on July 4, five people were caught vandalizing the school. All three incidents were detected by Sonitrol Pacific, allowing authorities to catch the suspects and prevent further damage.
