Sensors Detect, Deputies Arrest Two
Sheriff’s deputies arrived at a Washington middle school less than seven minutes after receiving a call from Sonitrol Pacific's monitoring center and arrested two suspected intruders November 1.
Sonitrol Pacific Operator Minta Christopherson received an audio signal activation from the school immediately followed by a additional alarms, including real-time audio of what sounded like glass breaking from the gym area, and she dispatched deputies. Christopherson continued to receive audio signals and heard sounds of movement.
Deputies arrived at the school in about six minutes and apprehended two suspected intruders.
