Police Arrest One at Restaurant

Police arrested one individual suspected of breaking a window at a Washington restaurant after the Sonitrol Pacific security system detected threatening activity June 3.
A highly trained Sonitrol Pacific sound analyst was monitoring activity at the restaurant when she received an impact activated audio signal. The operator listened to real time audio from the restaurant to verify the nature of the activity and immediately dispatched police. She continued to monitor the audio streaming from the restaurant and kept officers updated of activity while they were en route.
Police arrived on scene and apprehended the suspect a few doors down from the restaurant.  According to officers, the suspect threw a rock through the front window. It wasn’t clear if the suspect’s intentions were vandalism or burglary, but either way, he was stopped in his tracks.
