Heather Orso named July Employee of the Month

     During Heather Orso’s tenure with Sound Security, she’s demonstrated an enthusiastic commitment to our Mission and Core Values.  She is an innovative and persistent problem solver, focuses on the success of our clients and our organization, and takes action to realize goals.  The Sound Security Board of Directors appreciates the work Heather does and named her the July Employee of the Month.
     Heather looks for fresh, innovative ways to solve client’s problems.  She weighs the options and offers solutions that deliver a win for the customer and Sound Security.  Whether confronted by a technological concern or a challenging client, Heather won’t give up until resolution is reached.
     Throughout the “Zero Controllable Attrition” process, Heather has taken pride in touching as many clients as possible and making a personal difference.  She is a savvy communicator, especially in challenging situations, and focuses on keeping a positive, “can do” tone.  This attitude has been particularly important during her assistance in collecting past due accounts.
     Heather is extremely self-sufficient.  She outlines her priorities for the coming week after the Seattle branch’s Monday meeting and sets about getting things done.  She takes care of clients, makes sound decisions and has good instincts regarding when to bring in another team member for support.
Heather’s desire to keep growing inspires her to set and reach personal and company goals.  She shows genuine interest in the overall success of Sound Security and the Seattle branch through her teamwork.  The help she routinely offers security consultants at their networking events is just one example of this.
     Heather is self-motivated, committed to success, a true team player, a problem solver, persistent, a great communicator and goal driven … and the July Employee of the Month too.
