Hager Named Sound Security January Employee of the Month

    The Sound Security, Inc. Board of Directors named Melissa Hager the January 2008 Employee of the Month to recognize her great attitude and work ethic, her professionalism with clients and teammates, and her willingness to take on new projects.
    Melissa’s work ethic and unfailing “can do” attitude greatly impresses the Board.  She takes pride in everything she does and tackles projects with enthusiasm, timeliness and attention to detail.   
    Heather Rosenthal, Sonitrol Pacific Tacoma General Manager, describes Melissa as “a great asset to our team.” 
    Beyond the work she performs every day, Melissa also demonstrated her enthusiasm for the company with the impressive 233 leads she submitted during the New Client Contest.  
    Melissa conveys the Sound Security Mission in all she does.  She is always upbeat, professional and helpful on the phone and in person.  As the “cheerleader” for the Tacoma team, Melissa supports and motivates all her teammates.  She makes certain everyone who calls the Tacoma office gets the support and attention they need, whether they be a client or a fellow team member. 
    Melissa doesn’t limit her focus to the Tacoma office.   She happily takes on special projects that benefit the entire company and completes them with excellence.  This commitment was recently demonstrated in her willingness to “pull double duty” during the Tacoma Jobs in Progress SPIN trial.  Her work has increased the effectiveness of this project and impressed Ken Showalter, Regional Field Operations Manager.
    “We’ve had tons of revisions and she just has a great attitude through it all,” Ken said.
    Melissa is viewed as someone who is always happy to help and never complains about the challenges put before her.  For all these reasons and many more, Melissa is genuinely liked and respected by our team.  The Board of Directors is pleased to present her with this honor.
