Fuller Named Sound Security March Employee of the Month

    The Sound Security, Inc. Board of Directors named Becky Fuller the March Employee of the Month to recognize the excellent work she performs each day, the special projects she takes on, her focus on supporting the team, and her upbeat, get-it-done attitude.
    Becky’s work in the Puget Sound warehouse has made a positive impact on the entire organization.  She has done an amazing job organizing the warehouse and improved product ordering for the Puget Sound and Boise offices.  Due to her efforts, inventory variance for the last quarter went from five percent to one percent, camera inventory value went down 50 percent, and obsolete parts have essentially been eliminated.    Becky’s efforts to get the service technicians the parts they need in a timely manner means less down time for our clients’ systems.  Thanks to her, communication between the sales and installation departments has improved.
    Becky impresses the Sound Security team with her willingness to jump in and lend a hand to anyone at anytime with any task, without having to be asked.  Whether it’s helping to carry boxes to the Operations Center, cleaning up after an event in the conference room, or greeting job applicants and escorting them to the interview room, she sees a teammate in need and takes action.  When someone does ask Becky for help, not only does she always say yes, she follows up by asking what else she can do.  Similarly, team members need only ask Becky once for something.  For example, as soon as she was informed about the need to get a job number on the receipts for permits, no more receipts came in without this information.
    The Board appreciates the way Becky tackles assigned and self-directed projects with a positive attitude and begins and ends each day with a smile.  Congratulations on earning this honor.
