Two Apprehended Playing Ball in School Gym
Deputies brought an abrupt end to a pick-up basketball game in an area high school’s gym and took two juveniles into custody after Sonitrol Pacific’s security system detected the intrusion February 18.

A Sonitrol Pacific Operator received an alarm signal from the gym area of the school and dispatched deputies.  When officers arrived on scene, they found two kids playing basketball in the gym. The game was quickly broken up.

According to officers, the two youths bought sodas from school’s vending machine prior to starting the game.
