Maranville Sound Security April Employee of Month

    Throughout our organization, Jaime Maranville is viewed as a person to be trusted to get things done.  Over the past few years, she has progressively taken on more responsibility and grown her skill set in order to deliver better results for clients and team members.  She conducts herself with professionalism and a positive attitude, and sets a standard to be followed by all.  To recognize her commitment to excellence, the Sound Security Board of Directors named her the April Employee of the Month at a board meeting May 19.

    Jaime has taken her responsibility to clients seriously and strives to deliver quality results.  Examples of this include proactively reviewing accounts to ensure information is current, frequently asking teammates what she can do to help them, and never conveying a “that’s not my job” attitude.  Team members appreciate Jaime for accepting internal projects such as calculating and tracking operator bonuses, operations center scheduling, assisting with the new filing system, and coordinating the processing of the State of Oregon operator packets.  She volunteers for major client projects as well and follows through with excellence.  She is seen as prompt, helpful and responsive with both internal and external clients.    

     As a supervisor in the Operations Center, Jaime's skills continue to grow.  She views the performance of her operators constructively and see it as an opportunity for growth.  She leads by example in both attitude and image, and knows how to have fun while keeping it appropriate for a professional environment.  In 2008, Jaime had no absences and earned the most apprehensions.
